Our Factory

The factory covers an area of more than 20,000 m2, with a construction area of more than 15,000 m2. It has more than 100 million fixed assets and 200 employees, including more than 20 technicians. It produces 20 million meters of Φ3.2mm-6mm black flexible shafts for odometers and tachometers, 5 million meters of Φ3.2mm-Φ3.8mm bright flexible shafts with high-performance and 5 million meters of high-grade copper plated flexible shafts for car seat per year, plus up to 40 million meters of all kinds of car hoses, 8000t of steel wires in various specifications and more than 100,000 sets of transmission soft shaft assemblies for garden machinery, with all kinds of products exported to the United States, Japan, Canada, South Korea, India and other countries, well received by customers.

Our Mission

The Ningbo Rotating Flexible Shaft R&D Center specially set up by the enterprise can customize and develop flexible shaft matching assemblies for various motorcycles, automobiles and garden machinery with special specifications.

To ensure product quality, the Factory has invested a large amount of money, equipped with various professional testing equipment and independent laboratories, which can analyze and test the mechanical properties of steel wires, flexible shafts and hoses as well as the physical and chemical data of materials, all of which have been certified by Ningbo Inspection Bureau. The Management System of the enterprise has passed the system certification of IATF 16949: 2016 technical specification of Germany TUV Company.
